High Precision and Smartness Lead to Manufacturing Innovation and Future. The 2nd International Forum&Exihibition on Precision Manufacturing at Kunshan  (PreciMan2020) was hold on the morning of 3rd December, 2020.This forum was jointly sponsored by Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute,  Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and Dalian University of Technology.It hosted by Jiangsu JITRI Jingkai High Value Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone Science and Technology Bureau,Kunshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park and Shenyang University of Technology.

The "strongest brains" of the global precision manufacturing industry gathered together to discuss and interact with each other against the background of large-scale industrialization of precision manufacturing.The forum has built a bridge between domestic industry, universities and research institutes in the field of precision manufacturing and international cutting-edge academic and industrial platforms, and further promoted China's precision manufacturing technology to the world's top level.

Zou Wenyuan, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Kunshan Development Zone and Wang Xiao, deputy director of Equipment Manufacturing Division of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. Leaders of relevant departments and units of Kunshan City and Kunshan Development Zone, experts and scholars in the field of precision manufacturing attended the opening ceremony.Guo Dongming, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Cheng Kai, professor of Brunel University, expressed their support for the forum via video during the opening ceremony.

During the meeting,  the distinguished experts and scholars in the field of precision manufacturing at home and abroad shared cutting-edge developments, development trends, and the latest cases and practical experiences  in the form of reports,which attracted more than 200 professional audience attended the conference.

PreciMan2020 also attracted more than 40 leading enterprises, covering machine tools, cutting tools, measuring instruments, spindles, metal materials and other industries. These enterprises introduced their latest products, technical achievements and services in the form of exhibition.
